Welcome to Quick Clean Team. By booking our cleaning services, you ( “customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
Quick Clean Team offers residential and commercial cleaning services as detailed on our website. The scope of services will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be carried out according to the description provided.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
– Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in advance. You can schedule your cleaning services through our website, by phone, or email.
– Rescheduling and Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost.
3. Payment Terms
– Payment Methods: We accept payments via check, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
– Payment Schedule: Payment is due on the day of service.
4. Client Responsibilities
– Access to Property: The client agrees to provide access to the property for cleaning services. If entry is not possible due to locked doors or other access issues, the client will be charged the full service fee.
– Work Environment: The client is responsible for providing a safe environment for our staff. Hazards or unsafe conditions may result in service cancellation.
5. Service Limitations
– Exclusions: Our services do not include cleaning of hazardous materials, biohazards, or extreme conditions unless otherwise agreed upon.
– Damages: While we take great care in providing our services, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on your property.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to provide the highest quality service. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address any issues promptly.
7. Liability
We take every precaution to avoid accidents or damages, but we are not liable for damages or injuries caused by customer negligence or hazardous conditions in the property.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to facilitate service delivery. We do not share your data with third parties without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any client at our discretion if there are repeated issues with payment, unsafe working conditions, or inappropriate behavior.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
